She Believed She Could Graduation Cap Topper with Rhinestone and Bow
** Please read entire listing before ordering! I cannot always get to all of my messages. The following information will give you EVERYTHING you need to place an order! ** And remember - ordering early is your BEST option! :)
You can choose from the following color options for your bow and colored rhinestones:

The measurements are approximately 10"x10”. If your topper is smaller, please let me know the dimensions in the Notes to Seller section when you check out.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: You will need to apply the topper to your cap with fabric glue once you receive it. You can pick up fabric glue at any craft store or Walmart. There is a hole in the middle of the topper for your button and tassel. Once you put the topper on the hat and have the button and tassel on, you can attach the decoration or punch-out of the circle to the top of the button with pop-dots that I include.
TURN AROUND TIME: Turn around time is 3 weeks. During the months of April, May and late November/early December, I need ALL THREE WEEKS. Once you order, if you go back and look at your receipt, it will show you the shipping date. If you are looking at a cap outside of these busy times, I can get it to you quicker. Just let me know when you need it. Once it ships, it only takes 2-3 days to get to you since I use Priority Mail. Ordering early is always the best option!
